1. Core Principle: No Accounts & Data Minimization

LutiveLab (lutivelab.com) is an independent one-person software studio. Across all web pages and interactive tools on lutivelab.com, we do not operate user accounts, do not require sign-ins, and do not collect your name, phone number, address book, or payment details (PII).

2. Browser Storage (LocalStorage / SessionStorage · Not Uploaded)

To remember your interactive step or language preference without requiring an account, the following sub-paths store lightweight state in your local browser's LocalStorage or SessionStorage (standard static asset, Google Fonts, and Consent Mode network requests still occur on page load):

  • Start with an Idea · AI Guide (/ai-guide/): Saves your selected scenario, stage, and checklist state locally (key: lutivelab_ai_guide_r9c_state_v1). Clicking the in-page "Restart" button immediately removes this key via localStorage.removeItem.
  • AI Rules Lab (/tools/ai-rules/): Stores language preference (lutivelab_ai_rules_lang_v03), active mode (lutivelab_ai_rules_mode_v03), analytics consent choice (ltl.consent.v1), and session feedback deduplication flag (SessionStorage: ltl.airl.feedback.submitted). Any prompt text you type or rewrite is processed locally in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers or sent as an analytics parameter.
  • Excel Formula Lab (/tools/excel-formulas/): Stores your formula viewing, demo completion, practice, and bookmark progress locally (key: excel_formula_lab_progress_v1). All formula evaluations and cell edits run locally in your browser.

3. Analytics, Cookies & Voluntary Feedback Boundaries (GA4 & Consent Mode v2)

To understand which guides and tools are useful, LutiveLab applies the following verifiable, path-specific analytics and network practices:

  • Studio Portal, Field Notes & Product Pages (/, /en/, /notes/*, /camera/*, /gallery/, /ai-guide/): Pure static pages that do not load googletagmanager.com/gtag/js or set analytics cookies (selected pages load web fonts from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com).
  • AI Rules Lab (/tools/ai-rules/) & Excel Formula Lab (/tools/excel-formulas/): Use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-E67MRP4HKJ) governed by Google Consent Mode v2. Before you explicitly grant consent (when ltl.consent.v1 is not granted), analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization all default to denied, and no analytics cookies (_ltl_ga* / _excel_ga*) are written. In this default state, the page still loads googletagmanager.com/gtag/js and, under Google Consent Mode v2, may transmit cookieless consent state pings (e.g. gcs=G100) without reading or setting analytics cookies. Only when you click "Allow anonymous analytics" are analytics cookies enabled (with anonymize_ip: true), and you can withdraw consent anytime via the control panel below or the tool footer "Cookie & Analytics" control.
  • Voluntary Feedback Widgets (User-Initiated Only): When you voluntarily submit the "Was this tool helpful?" widget at the bottom of /tools/ai-rules/, your browser sends a POST request to https://ui.lutivelab.com/api/feedback storing your vote, reason category, optional brief comment (up to 200 chars), and coarse country code in Cloudflare D1. In /tools/excel-formulas/, clicking "Feedback & Suggestions" opens your local email client (mailto:[email protected]) without background network requests.

4. Domain Verification Meta Tag (Google AdSense)

Selected portal and article pages include a <meta name="google-adsense-account" content="ca-pub-8461603314762798"> tag and root /ads.txt file. This tag is present solely for site ownership verification. No commercial ad scripts or personalized advertising cookies (ad_storage) are currently active on lutivelab.com.

5. Sub-sites & HarmonyOS Native Apps

  • UI Field Guide (ui.lutivelab.com): Governed by its dedicated privacy policy at ui.lutivelab.com/en/privacy/ ↗, which details its local learning progress (uifg.learned.v1), Consent Mode v2 controls (uifg.consent.v1), and voluntary Cloudflare D1 feedback/request endpoints (/api/feedback, /api/feature-request).
  • Lutive Film Camera (v1.0.7) & LutiveGallery (v1.0.0, HarmonyOS NEXT Native Apps): Both native apps process photos and gallery metadata on-device (requesting zero ohos.permission.INTERNET network permissions in module.json5) without accounts or cloud photo uploads. Full app-specific privacy policies are available on Huawei AppGallery and inside each app.

6. Edge Hosting & Official Contact Channels

Static files are hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard edge connection metadata for DDoS protection and network security under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
